After looking at every aspect of healthcare in the community and also at the NHS public body. he took each aspect and studied it intensely. he saw what is good and what is in essence terrible but can be made good. Every therapy area, every hospital department,every doctors community surgery(with some differences,depending on the locality). After many years of collecting data.
